Kibbutz Baram is located in the Galilee Heights on the northern border of Israel and Lebanon. It is the home of the Bar David Museum of Jewish Art and Judaica. The kibbutz is close to the Baram National Park , in which is located the ancient ruins of the Baram Synagogue.
Directions - Ben Gurion Airport to Kibbutz Baram:
- By taxi - Ask the driver the cost before you enter the taxi. It should cost about 500 Israeli Shekels.
- By Train/bus - Take a train to the city of Nahariya which is 40 km from Baram or To Haifa Main Station. From Haifa take bus number 522 to Baram , which leaves at 14:00 or any bus to Zafed up to Meron Junction (15 Km from Baram).
